I grew up the daughter of small business owners in Michigan. With my parents’ home interiors store established in 1980, I learned a small business work ethic and whatever-it-takes attitude early on. I understand the challenges and grit it takes to run a successful business and that a focus on serving customers & employees with quality and humility comes first.
